Sentinel is sold as a monthly or annual subscription via LemonSqueezy, who acts as Merchant of Record. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your LemonSqueezy customer portal — no hoops, no retention flows.
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, Sentinel stops receiving weekly updates but continues to run with the version you have installed. We never disable your existing installation on cancellation.

You receive a non-transferable license to use Sentinel on the number of machines covered by your plan (1 for Solo and Pro; 3 for Team). You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell Sentinel or its components.
Sentinel is for personal and commercial software development. Do not use it to scan codebases you do not have authorization to access.
Sentinel's scanners surface potential issues; they do not guarantee correctness or completeness. Scan findings are advisory. You remain responsible for the quality and security of your software. Vohux Inc. is not liable for issues that Sentinel did not detect or for any action taken based on its findings.
The license verification endpoint and update server are provided on a best-effort basis. Sentinel's core scanning functionality runs locally and is not affected by server downtime. We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the license and update endpoints.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
